This stay was wonderful. George and Eleni were lovely hosts. We were able to contact them via WhatsApp which made it so convenient. Their villa is private, quiet and the perfect distance away from Herakleion. We felt very safe. When we arrived we were offered fresh fruits from their garden (I ate so many fresh oranges!) as well as some snacks. We made use of the kitchen and felt very much at home. We had an amazing time and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed or wanted. There was plenty of hot water, great wifi signal and the bed was comfortable.

When we arrive by fairy and reach the hotel, my traveling companion had fallen and hurt her arm. The hotel staff was exceedingly helpful and arranged a doctors appointment immediately for my friend to be had for arm x-rayed. Throughout our stay there they were solicitous and make sure that if they could help us anyway they would. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had in a hotel. Everything was homemade and delicious. It was a whole room of enticing dishes to choose from. Our room had a balcony and we looked out over the sea. The room was large and airy. Very comfortable beds. The hotel exceeded our expectations and I would recommend it to anyone who goes to that city.

Great location near the Archaeological Museum. Nice room and facilities. Bathroom is superb, water pressure amazing. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff. Our ferry was cancelled after we checked out. We called the hotel and got our room back for an extra day at the same price.
