The villa is perfectly equiped with an outstanding exterior area at the pool. A very nice seaview. every cleaning around the pool and used bbq. the owner is very friendly and is checking regulary if everything is okay. Any requests are managed directly. They offer a perfect private boat trip around the beautiful coastline of Zakynthos. I had a perfect week with my 3 children.

I very much liked the location and the views (seafront).
The bungalow was very prepared against heat and mosquito attack (shutter blinds + CLEAN A.C. + mosquito nets)
Good sized comfy beds, decent mattresses. Spotless sheets and towels.
Nature is not totally destroyed so we made some lizard and gecko friends (Pinky and Linky).
Choose from sandy or more rocky shore.
We got a free booster car seat for our stay.
Our host kept us well informed and made sure we have a lovely time.

A peaceful side to the island away from the bustle of Laganas with lovely coves and small beaches. Not the big lengths of sand on the south of the island but far more laid back, The roads can be very narrow and a real maze but solvable with a good mapping app! worth persevereing as there are some really good restaraunts in the hills away from the coast not ably in Ano Gerakari.DaveUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

The place itself is really beautiful, though the ubiquitous trash near the roads is awful. Kipseli is too isolated and quite compared to Tsilivi or Zante town. You have to use bus or car to go everywhere. But if you want to relax away from the rest of the world is the perfect place. Not much to see at night apart from 2 or 3 places where to have dinner. The sea is beautiful but elsewhere around the island is even better.MariaItaly

The place is clean, has its own beach with sunbeds and stuff, tho the beach itself is not the fancy one (it has some rocks, but still you can swim when you pass it), it has internet access, sea view and really big and nice yard.
