We arrived late in HER airport, so we choose this hotel because of not far away from airport, half board, beach, can see sunrise. We had dinner in Yamas restaurant which has nice seaview. The dinner was small portions like street food but the view and atmosphere was great. The beach-Psaromoura is just just downhill, clean and calm. Staffs were friendly, WIFI stable, price worthy for half board.

The customer service was absolutely amazing! When I arrived, it turns out I got an upgrade to a suite with my own private pool - which was quite nice. And I cannot say enough about how kind, hospitable, and charming the staff was! Everyone I met made me feel like a million bucks and I could not recommend this place more.

I booked this hotel because of attractive price and good guests comments. The hotel is located in county side with scenery view. There are several nice beaches and cliffs in this area. It’s better to have a car to drive around.
The staffs do multiple works, friendly to guests. There are activities in the evening. The food in restaurant is fine but som dishes are outstanding and tasty. They cook food by heart. I can see all guests are smile. The hotel pleases guests very well.

The resort's facilities, including the pristine swimming pools and spa, provided ample opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation. Whether I was lounging by the pool, enjoying a spa treatment, or engaging in water sports, there was never a dull moment during my stay.

A small town in the bottom of this gorgeous bay. There is a small promenade along the beach. Lots of taverns and with small souvenir shops and several minimarkets. There is even a diving and boatrent centre, so lots of watersports.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in late August 2023 celebrating our 25th Anniversary and we were upgraded for free to a suite (Room 805). We chose the all-inclusive package which included all meals in buffet style, as well as draft beer, house cocktails, and wine. Name brand alcohol was available for a fee. Plenty of Greek food as well as options for picky eaters. 2 pools, but only the upper one has a bar for all-inclusive. The bar at the ocean level swimming area is not all-inclusive. There is a bus that runs round trip from the hotel to the center of Heraklion about every 1 1/2 hours. We would definitely stay here again!

Agia Pelagia is a great strip of beach compared to others we stayed at. Vibrant little town. Snorkeling is as good as it gets with those planks of seafloor, you'll gets crabs 10 or 15 species of fish and even octopi. Also for snorkeling do not miss Paliokastro next door, and beautiful beach.
The hotel Irida is a great location for relaxing time
It is close to the main city of Heraklion, but also offers a fantastic view
the staff is incredibly friendly, you’ll feel soon to be at your ease
the swimming pools (2) are both open all day
the breakfast has a good variety of fresh food
Lunch and dinner are the best! I haven’t found anything
better in Heraklion or other towns in the 100km surroundings
What a great hotel! It was very clean and comfortable with a nice view. The Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious. Very nice location near to the beach and everything around in walking distance no need to use the car.
The overall service and facilities were simly phenomenal. It will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Crete again.
Highly recommended!
Thank you ❤
The location was good, the resort itself provides stunning views and the bottom access to the beach was great. DJ plays next to the beach with very good bar services. Boats and other activities are available for hire which gives you something to do. The island is large so be prepared to trave 1.5 hrs + to see other parts of the island. The city center is 40 min from the hotel.
This is a lovely, clean hotel, with a great view and very, very friendly staff (both at the reception and in the restaurant).
Plenty sunbeds (no need to race with towels in the morning), no loud music in the swimming pool area, no "all inclusive entertainment". It is a perfect place to relax if you like peaceful places with local products and family atmosphere.
Excellent home, great for our family as we had plenty of space. Swimming pool and beach is a drive down but we had a hire car. It’s hard to get to place in Crete, unless you’re in a hotel without a car. Simos was excellent at communication and extremely helpful before and during our stay. Extremely hospitable! The pool staff are SO friendly and the food is great!
The staff were amazing and made all the difference. We felt so welcome and had the best time celebrating my birthday. The food at all the restaurants were great and the bar was amazing! Nice variety of wellness activities as well. Everything in the hotel was designed with intention to promote the most relaxing time for the guests
Located a little away from the crowded areas of Agia Pelagia, it is still in easy reach (of 10-15 min walk) to two main beaches - Psaromoura and Agia Pelagia. Hosts are very friendly and attentive to details. Rooms are regularly cleaned. Property provides one of the best values in A Pelagia.
The location is simply perfect - closed, silent area in the vicinity of the beach. Everything is available (shops, restaurants, pharmacy, excursions etc.) within a few minutes of walking. The hosts were very super kind. The garden of the apartment is spacious and well equipped for BBQ,.
I liked the rustic look and beautiful location. It is set high above the sea amongst an olive orchard.
The staff was excellent. I don't know the caretaker's name but he was so kind and friiendly.
The beaches nearby are spectacular.
Very good restaurants of varying prices nearby too.
We had a wonderful Stay at castello!!!!
The staff was very friendly and our room was wonderful. We love how clean it was and also the modern interior style. And the best thing the agia pelagia beach is just around the corner! We had a great time there!

Really nice place to relax and enjoy Crete. Location is awesome with really nice view.
House is big and clean. Beds are comfortable.
Definitely one of the best villas I've ever been to!
Beautiful design hotel, amazing architecture and interior. The pool area is beautifully designed (landscape, furniture, etc..). The view from there is breathtaking especially at sunset.
