We loved how close the house was to the town but how quiet and tucked away it was.
Very clean and comfortable and great pool and gym.
Very clean and comfortable and great pool and gym. Good for parking -safer than many hotels I have stayed-very important.Lovely staff, food, facilities, room, ambience, but FREEZING temperatures in shared areas spoilt stay as like a lot of other guests we had to stay in our rooms to keep warm.

The staff were absolutely lovely..
The staff were absolutely lovely..
The food was delicious and hot..
My only complaint was the over the bath shower.
As a disabled person.. it should have been wet room. Climbing into a bath was difficult and dangerous.. but the pressure of the shower was extremely powerful and enjoyable..the sunrise was beautiful

Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom.
Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Front desk assistance was very professional and the cleaning staff does an impeccable job. If you want a great snack or meal, skip the bar area. Perhaps try something nearby. It didn’t appear to have anywhere to eat within walking distance, but the town does have various dining options.

the hotel (champneys) was amazing ,
the hotel (champneys) was amazing ,
the outlet village was excellent , very clean , lots of choice , great restaurants for lunch , parking was cheap at £2.00 for every 4 hours .
never ventured into the city centre so can't comment on that .
We loved the private quiet feel and view onto the small orchard. The hosts were very welcoming and on arrival we were greeted by beautiful flowers and a generous welcome pack, including their own home produced ice creams. Very well thought out and lovely decor - v comfy too. Access to the family's tennis court is also an added extra, with rackets and balls supplied on request. The location is great for exploring Kent. Thank you Sally and Robin!
A beautiful cottage in a great location in Ashford, just a couple minute drive to the designer outlet.
lovely comfortable beds, very clean throughout with all facilities provided I.e linen, towels, utensils. great instructions from the owner on how to find the property & gaining access with a good information pack inside the cottage explaining everything with useful information.
would definitely recommend & stay here again.
What a fantastic find! The most hospitable of hosts, with nothing being too much trouble. Recommended somewhere to eat in the evening and that food was only surpassed by Downsview’s full English breakfast, hot and cooked to perfection. Brilliant stay for a shopping trip to the Retail Outlet, as ours was but equally great for exploring the wider Kent countryside. I will definitely return.
Breakfast was fab, loads of choices and you can make your own waffles . Hotel staff were very welcoming.breakfast and bar area Huge. Car parking limited but must hold approx 40 cars. Reserve a space to be safe and there is a charge £12. Hotel room was great, safe, huge TV, huge showers, we had a king room. Decor modern and different. Air con.
This property has everything! Large comfortable en-suite rooms, choice of breakfast …full or light, communal kitchen to microwave dinner if you want, lovely view of the Kent Downs, large outside lawn for playing, less than 30 mins to the beach!
We extended our stay from 2 to 5 nights and were happy we did.
Thanks Sue and Martin!
Wonderful retreat in a lovely part of Kent.
We arrived and automatically felt relaxed.
The hut as lots of lovely luxuries which make the stay even more special.
We would love to come back.
Magnificent building in open Kentish countryside, steeped in history. The restaurant staff were very good and the food equally so.
Breakfast was good although overly salted
The host was amazing. The room was very cozy and comfortable with mini fridge. Would recommend everyone going to Ashford to plan there accomodation at Debbie's digs.
Good location to explore Kent if you are by car. Personnel always smiley and helpful, you just have to be able to understand what they say with their thick accent
Breakfast had a good spread, location of the hotel is very convenient for people using the Bus or Train, it is very close to the Ashford International Station
