The breakfast and spa room. The staff in the breakfast room were brilliant, very polite and keen to keep our table tidy when our plates were empty.

Location superb, 10 mins to beach down the hill and 5 mins to the old town, up the hill.
Room lovely and spacious, with imaginative decor. Inviting terrace and pool, private and a sun trap.
You could eat breakfast or dinner on the terrace if warm enough. Staff very friendly.
All in all lovely relaxing stay.
This charming, traditional-style hotel is situated in the heart of the old town of Bellaguarda-Altea, just a 5-minute walk from the Costa Blanca seafront.

We loved everything about the hotel - from it's listed status, tasteful renovation and beautifully preserved floor tiles. It has the sweetest little roof patio and another larger area at the ground floor rear. The rooms and windows are wonderfully sound proofed. The staff, friendly, warm, welcoming yet quietly unobtrusive. The lobby snacks & drinks are quite sufficient, as the hotel is only one street away from the beach - a 2 minute walk to as many bars and restaurants as you will ever need. Highly recommended!

We liked everything with my friend: the people, the room (felt like princesses), the breakfast (cheesecake was so incredibly delicious), and the gorgeous garden! We loved the shared kitchen to make tea. This place is a paradise

Altea is a beautiful location with a classic white-washed mediterreanean "old town" and a lovely beach. It seems like a popular tourist destination, and restaurant and hotel staff are very helpful, friendly and gracious. Although many Spaniards eat dinner very late in the evening, I appreciated that Altea's restaurants are available to visitors seeking earlier meal times!

It's a nice town to visit if you are in Alicante and looking for a weekend break. The old town has character. Prices are more expensive than other places in Spain though and it seems to attract wealthier people. Avoid the over expensive restaurants near the top of the old town. Valor is a nice Spanish cafe for churros and coffee. Overall it's a nice spot.

Altea is a beautiful location rising above the coastline to the stunning Old Town. Plenty of restaurants to choose from both along the promenade and within the Old Town. Locals are very friendly and there is a reasonably good taxi service. Train runs from Denia to Benidorm at hourly intervals and is very reasonable.

Altea is absolutely stunning.
Altea is absolutely stunning. A lot of work has been done to support the seafront and they have done a magnificent job. The seafront is full of lovely bars and restaurants. The old town is whitewashed, rambling and vibrant. The shopping is great both mainstream and artisan. Altea is truly the jewel in the Costa Blanca’s crown.

Great place and now the Promenade has been totally renewed it is wonderful and lovely for walking on.
Has a great church and so picturesque and well worth the walk up to it with all the quaint streets of the Old Town.
Brilliant cafes and Bars and a very good choice and all tastes carered for.
Lovely little hotel. The location was great, situated a few minutes walk from the old town of Altea and basically on the sea front. We booked a standard room which was small but comfortable with all the facilities we needed and with plenty of hot water. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. My husband had the full English but I had the Casa Del Mar breakfast - coffee, fresh orange juice, croissant, fruit, muesli and yogurt which was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
It was a nice hotel, with a comfy room overlooking a busy street. Had to keep the window shut because of the traffic, but that didn't bother me much. I went out a lot. I wish I'd had a meal in the restaurant, because it was busy with lots of Spanish people, so I imagine it was pretty good. The old town is beautiful, full of narrow, charming streets and old houses. And it's just across the road from the hotel.
Perfect hotel. The location is amazing just by its own private beach, and 5 minutes drive from the Altea old town. The hotel offers free shuttle to and from the old town as well. Staff are so friendly and helpful and let us do early check in. The pool area is fantastic. Lots of Items for Breakfast. The room was so clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this Lovely hotel.
This hotel is like a small paradise next to Altea, one of my favourite Costa Blanc towns. I especially liked that it was a very idyllic location, perfect for relaxing, but also within walking distance of the town. The restaurant at the hotel is also of really good quality and only 23 euros for a 3-course menu. Definitely recommend.
This little Pearl is located in the middle of the old town, close to everything such as the beach and culture. The little hostel offers food and wine experiences of top quality. The rooms are very cozy and have a modern design, last but not least, the service is top-notch. When we come back to Altea, this is where we will stay.
Amazing facilities, nicely hidden behind trees even though it is next to a moderately busy road. Location is great as well, walking distance to Altea and an even shorter distance to a big grocery store. I would recommend maybe renting a car when visiting even tho taxis are cheap, if you decide to visit any nearby cities etc.
Amazing. Quiet location overlooking the sea between Altea & Calp. Nico & staff were beyond amazing. Views looking toward Altea & Benidorm are incredible. Great pool area and great breakfast. We should have stayed longer than two nights but we had to get back to Barcelona for our daughters flight.
Romantic, relaxing, amazing staff, comfortable bed, the room was perfect cozy and cute, every detail was taking care of. Definitely pay the extra for the spa, it was the perfect escape for my partner and I to relax together. Without a doubt one of the best hotels in Altea.
We styed just for 1 night, but it was definetally right choise. The view from the terrace is stunning ! The hotel is small and cosy, very queit. Altea old city it 10 min by car. I strongly reccomen it to everyone at least for 1 stay.
Had stayed here before so knew it would be great for our needs. We’ll equipped for 4 adults. On street parking, or there is underground available too. Fabulous central location for the old town.
The staff at the hotel was friendly and provided excellent service. Room was very spacious and comfy with a wonderful view. Breakfast and dining experience was wonderful with good variety.
Excellent location, close to both the sea and the Old Town. Roomy kitchen and bedrooms, the roof top terrace was a nice bonus. Entry instructions were easy and convenient.
Paula the host is wonderful and very helpfull. Altea is a lovely traditional little town. The apartment is quirky and in a pretty street with everything you need.
Beautiful and spacious apartment with a lovely garden. Great garden view over the bay and the Old Town of Altea! By car it's only a 10-15 min drive to Altea.
