Easy to use aircon control panel (unlike in many other hotels) and beautiful ambient lighting as well as surround sound music/TV. Very good sound insulated and quiet room. Bed is very comfortable and large. Car park right in front of the hotel. The hotel bar, lounge and restaurant are very modern, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The food at restaurant is of very good quality. Will surely book again for future visits.

The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly and spoke very good English. As a wheelchair user all aspects of my needs were catered for ie: automatic doors. The bathroom is also very clean and functional. There are also washing machines in the basement (which we didn’t use). It takes about 2 minutes to get to a supermarket and 5 minutes to the railway station. There is also a tram station nearby that gets you right to the Veltins Arena and Essen.
