Beautiful hotel, excellent location, nice staff The private beach is awesome, you can order straight to your sun bed :)

This hotel is great option is you want short distance to the beach but quiet place , very clean , great value for money place , you can't find better option :)

- food not too healthy, most of the dishes are oily, not a lot of options in general and especially for small children. Only one type of soup. The only time there were two, the second one was the Bulgarian cold soup. - for ultra-all-inclusive, the main restaurant schedule is very short: breakfast from 7:30 until 10:00, lunch from 12:00 until 14:00 and dinner from 18:00 until 21:00. Outside of these intervals, there is a so called "snack bar" with two or three types of junk food. - drinks are low quality, local brands, and only on plastic cups from dispensers. - pools with cold water, not very clean, with rusty guard rails. - as a group with 4 adults and one child, we initially received an apartment with 2 bedrooms (room 2404, 4th floor) which had only one shower in a small bathroom and one extra very small toilet. The view was great, but the bathrooms were unacceptable. The sinks were so tiny that you could barely wash your hands in them. - after asking for another apartment, we moved to one with the expected two bathrooms with showers (one also with a bathtub), but without a view. - bathrooms are not very clean. You can see slime and mold in the corners of shower cabins. The water drains a little slowly and the cabins are very small. The cabin doors do not close well, leaving a visible gap on the lower side. - they have no towels for feet. When I asked at the reception, they told me they can give us two more small towels. - we found no slippers in our room. - any room at the second floor promoted as having a sea-side view has almost no view because it is obstructed by another part of the hotel building. - the doors inside the room/apartment are dated and squeaky, they make a lot of noise when you move them. - parking at the hotel (underground or not) is myth. The minute you get to the reception you are urged to leave your luggage as soon as possible and guided to a "nearby" parking lot.

Everything was ok , the food was verry good , a lot of different food and types of drinks

This was at the end of the season, with very few guests, so I got a room with a balcony, at an exceptionally low rate. Very spacious and comfortable room, with a little kitchen. The wifi and aircon worked as they should, and I slept well. The hotel is close to the beach and a lot of shops and restaurants. The hotel's own restaurant was the best of those I tested, though. Recommended!

Food was ok, drinks and ice creams during the day. Relatively good location, there is a supermarket open 24 hours right in front of the hotel.

What a great experience, what a great hotel. We love it and enjoy it every minute we spend there. Staff were amazing, helpful and you can tell they are so happy to help you and make your stay unforgettable. Special thanks to Mr. Kiril Petkov who become my Bulgarian brother!
