I really appreciated the staff that helped me on check-in. Jasmin and Michael notably. They did their utmost best to accommodate me on my early check-in as well as granting my room request to a different floor and also quieter. There were a couple of hen nights happening that weekend and I asked if they could put me on a quieter floor which they did. I really appreciated the consideration. The room was a perfect size for a me (solo traveller). Comfie bed, ample amount of space to move around and also very quiet. The reception area which is on the 9th floor looked nice and chill. There's a bar and restaurant there. I didn't have the opportunity to check it out myself but when I popped in quickly, it looked really cool and chill. Great location as well! About an 8 minute walk to the Arndale area. It's located right next to China Town area in case you love Asian cuisine. :)

They care about sustainability, carbon emission, and generate renewable power from geothermal below the ground and above from the sun. In the room there is a bin which helps to separate waste and I really liked it. They do not use plastic. I really like this approach and I would like all hotels to be like Room2 Chiswick. They even offer oat milk sticks in the fridge!
