I loved the Green Lounge where free drinks and snacks (beer & wine, soft drinks, tea & coffee) were available (self service) until midnight. It gave a nice atmosphere to the hotel. I enjoyed reading a book, chilling there at the end of my day. The breakfast was lovely, with an "egg station" where eggs were made on the spot to your liking (the lady was lovely, a pleasure to see here every morning). Also, I checked out at 6.20am and the day before the lovely lady at reception offered breakfast to go, which was very handy. Make sure to ask the day before. The room was spacious, well thought and nothing beats Italian showers. The location was good for me - walking distance from the port and restaurants (Mahón is rather small). Also it is close to the airport (10min by bus - L10) which drops you at the bus station (3 min away from the hotel). The same bus station allows you to travel around the island if you didn't rent a car. It takes 1h to go to Ciutadella, on the other side of the island (50min with the Xpress bus).

The hotel was absolutely incredible - Pepe and Penelope were incredible hosts and helped organise everything for our trip. The breakfast and paella dinner were incredible, and the service and response time to our (many) requests was exceptional. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Menorca - it's in a great location (only 10 min from airport and 20min into Mahon) and the hotel itself is so beautiful, you can spend the whole day there. Thank you Pepe and Penelope for everything!!!

There is a beach few meters from the hotel. The apartment was equipped with everything needed to enjoy our stay. Phenomenal! I can’t emphasize enough how tastefully this old building has been renovated. The staff were all incredible and went above and beyond to help us with all of our needs. I would say this has to be the most memorable hotel stay ever for my wife and I. The level of hospitality here cannot be captured in a review.
