Great room in picturesque house location. Bedroom & bathroom good with no issues. Good location in quiet town with few bars / restaurants within short walk. Free street parking close by if car. Think bus & boat service in town too. Andrea is very friendly & helpful - we were sad we didn't get chance to speak to him more & sit out in the nice garden & chill (due to us having long days morning - evening out exploring). Stayed 3 night. Would recommend to anyone

The place is a little away from city center and therefore calm. 9 minutes walk from Carciano where you can take the boats to the Islands. Landlord was uncomplicated and welcoming and the place fits very well the price if you don't expect luxury. Loved to stay there, anytime again.

Amazing views of the lake and town square! Everything you need in this comfortable apartment. Sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and watch the boats come and go. Stanton had some wonderful suggestions. Private secure parking was a real bonus!

I can say only the best !!! Apartment was excellent- all was clean, bed was perfect, kitchen with all equipment + table cloth, at fridge was welcome drinks, in shower room was all equipment. At apartment we feel like at home… I felt that I was expected . Location- 7min till boat port,(its centre) 4 min till supermarket for fresh bread, etc. Owners- was so friendly- I feel that I know them many years!!! If I could I put more than 10 stars!!! The location is on the outskirts of Stresa with a lovely walk along the lakeside into town, a quiet location very close to the Carciano boat station to the islands. The breakfast was excellent, in a pleasant sunny room overlooking the garden, with groups in a separate area. We ate in the hotel one evening and the food was very good, value was exceptional.

Excellent location for exploring Stresa and for taking boats across Lake Maggiore. Very quiet, comfortable, friendly staff and good buffet breakfast.

This is our second stay, and it was as perfect as the first one. Apartment is very nice and clean, equipped with everything you may need during your stay. All the small things that are usually needed in kitchen or in bathroom are there. View from guest room and balcony is fantastic. Location is great - it is far enough from main road, but town center, boats, and railway station are within short walking distance. Super easy check-in and check-out process.

The hotel itself was great, location was very close to the train station also to the public boats to go to the islands. The facilities inside are perfect for a short get-away. Pool has an amazing atmosphere of old roman styled baths and the rooms where a good size and very comfortable with great views.

Everything! Dario is an excellent host. We will be back and will share what a great place the apartment is in the very center, close to beautiful walks, delicious food and a quick boat ride to Isola San Giulio. We have treasured memories!
