We totally enjoyed our stay in this beautiful old konak located in the old city of Mardin. Don't miss out on the breakfasts that can be enjoyed at the rooftop overlooking the Mesopotamian hinterland. Thank you to the staff (Idris, Emin, Zahit and Ferhat) and to Tahir who picked us up from the airport and accommodated us in so many ways during 2 day trips with him (one to Gobekli Tepe close to Sanliurfa and the other to Midyat and many interesting places around Mardin).

Located in the city centre of Gaziantep, Anadolu Evleri features a restored, stone built structure with a courtyard and a wine cellar. Everything was perfect: good location, quiet place, good breakfast, safe free parking place, very nice room, large bathroom, kind and helpful personal, good wifi, free tea, cleanliness, comfortable bed.

The high end hotel feel in a “home stay”. It is an extraordinary beautiful place. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and kind. They also had great recommendations for what to do in the small city of Midyat. Make sure to have google translate downloaded on your smartphone. English is not really spoken in this town. Which makes it more adventurous for those that don’t speak Turkish

Incredible find on the edge of Old Town in a spacious historic building. I paid single rate for a room that could easily sleep four or more. Bed was comfortable with outlet plug-ins surrounding the room. Turkish breakfast was quite generous and filling. The owner was very helpful with details for what to see around the city and directions to a downtown station area for catching buses to Göbeklitepe or the Havas back to the airport. Everything about this place, area was magical and I will definitely stay here again anytime I'm back in the city!

Lovely boutique hotel on a quiet street adjacent to the old part of Sanliurfa. The staff are so kind and helpful. Communication in English was no problem. They offered us tea, coffee, and delicacies on multiple occasions and took care of parking our too-large rental car for us safely every night with no problem. Breakfast was sumptuous. Our room was huge, with high ceilings and a lovely private patio, overlooking a larger patio below. The room had many amenities, including a tea kettle and mini-fridge, as well as air-conditioning, which we appreciated in the hot weather. The bed was really comfortable. I loved staying here and would recommend it highly to other travelers.

It’s a short walk to tourist attractions and a choice of restaurants. Breakfast and staff are lovely.

Elci Konagi Butik Hotel is located centrally in Sanlıurfa. Free WiFi and a 24-hour front desk are available. Each room features a satellite TV, telephone, minibar, air conditioning and a terrace. I have stayed at Elci Konagi several times over the past years and will continue to do so anytime I visit friends in Urfa. I always request a quiet room because I'm a very light sleeper and the hotel has consistently provided that. The staff has always gone above and beyond, Hevidar in particular is extraordinary and the hotel is fortunate to have her. It is always very clean and the breakfasts are delicious and filling, so much so that I usually don't have the need to eat again until dinner. I'll continue returning to Elci Konagi when in Urfa.

This 19th-century house with Middle Eastern décor is arranged around a characteristic courtyard with a fountain. It offers a 24-hour reception and rooms with free Wi-Fi and a patio. I got sick at Aslan guest House, and everyone from the staff and other guests were so nice to me giving me everything I needed. The building is absolutely beautiful and the breakfast is very nice, also 24h tea. A place to go back
