Just 50 metres from the Västerdalälven River, this countryside B&B is 4 km south of Sälen. All rooms have a private bathroom, while some rooms also feature a kitchenette and river views. Very good location for main ski resorts in Sälen good amenities with kitchen in the room and parking availability. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Located in Vörderås, Sälengården features a garden. The guest house also provides free WiFi and free private parking. At the guest house each room includes a shared bathroom. 50 km before Sälen our car had a flat tyre due to the sharp stones on the gravel road from the Nationalpark Fulufjället. Hans, the very friendly and helpful host, called us, when we'll arrive. As it was not possible to get a roadside service, he sent his grandson to collect us from the road, supported us in getting the car repaired again and cooked us a meal in the evening. Many thanks to Hans and his grandson!

This B&B is by Lake Noren in Nornäs, 22 km from the ski slopes of Näsfjället. Facilities include a sauna and BBQ. Dog sledding, snowmobile rentals and nature safaris can be arranged. La Chris i en Tom han aconseguit crear un lloc molt acollidor. Hem disfrutat d'uns dies molt agradables. Hem agafat aquest allotjament per anar a Fulufjället, tot i la distància ens ha compensat molt l'estada a l'apartament. Les habitacions són àmplies i netes, l'esmorzar és molt complert i bo.

Scenically set in the village of Sörsjön, this B&B is 35 km north of Sälen at the base of Fulufjället Mountain. It offers communal kitchen facilities and spa treatments on site. The owner was super friendly, warm & welcoming. Great value for money. The views over te frozen river (with crossing wildlife) from the room. Magical sunset. The sauna with its incredible views (all though we didn’t have time to try it, looked amazing) great homey, cozy feeling “hygge”. Great location & close enough to the ski slopes. Charming property with even more charm in summer when you can swim in the lake, use the hottub & bonfires.

Situated in Transtrand in the Dalarna region, Vasacenter B&B features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Almost felt like coming home as the staff were so nice! Very friendly and attentive to what I wanted. The common living room was really nice and I got to use the restaurant kitchen to make dinner. The area is so tranquil and quiet.

Aquest establiment de gestió familiar amb servei d'allotjament i esmorzar es troba a 300 metres del riu Västerdal i a 7 km de l'estació d'esquí de Kläppen. We came to Salen for skiing in Klappen. The location was great for this. It is 5-10 min. away. And there were trails closeby for country skiing. There is also a place nearby for renting the skiing equipment which is way cheaper rather than renting them from the ski resort. The place is very cozy, the rooms are warm. Also Göran was a very welcoming and hospitable host. It was great talking to you and learning about the area. It was a pleasent stay. :)
