Offering mountain views, A Tendinha - Guest House is an accommodation located in Peso da Régua, 1.1 km from Douro Museum and 14 km from Our Lady of Remedies Sanctuary. This guesthouse was very stylish and thoughtfully appointed. It had everything we needed and welcome glasses of port and sweets were provided. A nice touch. It was located on the first floor by a staircase above a very popular pasteleria which is where breakfast was served. This was one of the best breakfasts we have had and staff could not have been more helpful in ensuring we had everything we wanted during our 2 night stay. Car parking was very easy and convenient and free which was an added bonus. The guesthouse is also close to the train station We highly recommend A Tendinha to anyone staying in Peso da Regua who can manage a short flight of stairs.

Featuring mountain views, Casa dos 4 Caminhos - Guest House Douro features accommodation with patio, around 1.3 km from Douro Museum. Location , apartment was huge and the parking was private and great and owners were fabulous.

Zimão Garden House is located in Vila Real, 30 km from Natur Waterpark, 31 km from Golf Course Vidago Palace, and 43 km from Douro Museum. Quiet place with great confort in a fully renovated house. Small details in the decoration made it unique and unforgettable, the host was very helpful and her two cats really made the end of my trip worthwhile.

Leonardo, the host, was a very kind and considerate host, making sure that we-including our dog- were comfortable in our spacious and stylish room. Much better than on the pictures. It has everything you need for a great stay. We felt like the owners ( some duke or very successful merchants from 100 years ago) left it for us to a couple of days. We truly enjoyed it.
