Elvas the Queen Residence is set in Elvas, within 20 km of Badajoz Fortress and 200 metres of Municipal Library of Elvas. My host Richard was fabulous. He took the time to show me where to park my car in the complex old city streets, actually accompanying me and then walking me back to his immaculate place. He was charming, knowledgeable and made the whole stay perfect. Cannot recommend this place enough, and at the price, the best lodging experience in my entire travel in Portugal.

Located in Évora and with Cathedral of Evora Se reachable within 500 metres, Lavradores Boutique Guesthouse provides express check-in and check-out, allergy-free rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a... room was very comfortable with small table and chairs had everything we needed. ordered breakfast delivered to the shared kitchen dining room in beautiful basket. very good all plates cups etc provided and a dishwasher also fridge and oven if you want to cook yourself. lovely outside patio with tables and umbrella. a comfortable lounge area wonderful staff Ana and Johana very kind and helpful.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, the refurbished ZOETIC sustainable rooms is situated in Évora, a 10-minute walk from Evora Cathedral and Roman Temple. Our stay has been absolutely great! The place is very clean and always tidy, perfect facilities and Susana is so lovely!! I also really appreciated the breakfast, you have for only €5 euro so much food and really good quality ( all organic and homemade ) . 100% recommended!

Featuring a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and views of pool, Casa Az-Zagal - by Unlock Hotels is a recently renovated guest house set in Casa Branca, 25 km from Statue of Queen Saint Elizabeth. First of all the staff was extremely kind and polite, they do the atmost to let you feel welcome. Everyone with a smile! The Hotel is beautifully furnished, very stylish. Everything is spotless clean and well taken care of. We can recommend the Hotel to everyone who is searching for great time off in the Alentejo.

Set in Ferreira do Alentejo, in a historic building, 48 km from Flour Museum, SOLAR DOS FRADES is a recently renovated guest house with an outdoor swimming pool and spa and wellness centre. The property was beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for three adults. The windows/shutters were gorgeous! The manager/staff were polite and helpful. We traveled in January, so we didn’t make use of the outdoor amenities, but would love to return in the future.

Situated in Zambujeira do Mar, just 300 metres from Zambujeira do Mar Beach, Alojamento Sudoeste features beachfront accommodation with free WiFi. Very nice place, in the center of the village. Balcony was bigger than expected, with a view on the sea.

Set in Monsaraz, in a historic building, 200 metres from Monsaraz Castle, Casa Dona Antonia - Monsaraz is a recently renovated bed and breakfast with pool with a view and garden. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety and home made jams and cakes . Location was the best .
