Wonderfully restored property in the Newari style close to Durbar square. Great terrace with delicious breakfast served to the table by very nice staff. The room is very beautiful, very large, well decorated, in good taste. Keep in mind that Newari style has low ceilings :-) and adapt to it. The Newari windows were gorgeous, nice to sit in the rocking chair next to the window, in the morning. The staff was extremely kind and helpful.

They go far and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The house is located inside old Bhaktapur close to one of four main squares but in a quiet neighborhood. We had a great cooking class. The facilities are very comfortable. Great value for the money.

Not only you feel the history everywhere, but also the artistry of Bhaktapur craftsmen: the wood-carved windows overlooking the oldest square of the town and the temple, the wooden artifacts in the cute courtyard, the craftsman himself working next to the restaurant…. We marveled every minute of our stay there, we tasted a good amount of their great food and we spent literally hours observing this lively town from our windows… If you are in Bhaktapur and you like living in history and art, look no further.
