Kirinda Heaven - Yala, a property with an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, is set in Kirinda, 700 metres from Kirinda Beach, less than 1 km from Nidangala Beach, as well as 14 km from Tissa Wewa. I stayed one night at Kirinda Heaven. It’s a beautiful, family run property. The property is fairly new so all of the accommodations are modern. It also has a stand alone bungalow room, which I stayed in, which is like having one’s own little home! There is a beautiful pool on the property as well. The family that runs the property is great and will do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable.

Located within less than 1 km of Tissa Wewa and 25 km of Bundala Bird Sanctuary in Tissamaharama, Tissa Rainbow Guest & Yala provides accommodation with seating area. The host was incredible and truly went above and beyond, he organised everything for us for the safari tour and even drove us to the bus stop. We had a free coconut on check in and a juice on checkout. The room was lovely nd big and clean with great air conditioning. An amazing experience, especially for the price!

Szuper délutáni szafarit szerveztek nekünk jó áron, egyebek mellett leopárdot és elefántokat is láttunk, jó szívvel ajánlom, hogy a szafarit a szálláson keresztül vegyék igénybe. Pontos felvilágosítást kaptunk a Mirissaba közlekedő busz indulásáról (ezt külön megérdeklődték nekünk, amit nagyon értékeltünk) és a buszmegállóról. Reggeli a tetőteraszon, szép kilátás a környékre.

Located just 2.5 km from Tissa Wewa, Blue Birds Tissa & Yala safari provides accommodation in Tissamaharama with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a 24-hour front desk. The owner was very kind, he even took us nearby with his car to watch some crocodiles. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional. He arranged a morning safari for us, with a good driver who explained a lot of things about the animals.

Warmly and friendly host couple，simple and clean room,welcome drinks,delicious food,the beautiful garden,and Debarawewa lake in front of the hotel gate.You can go around the lake in the morning and dusk, bird watching and enjoy the scenery of lake.We had a great time here.We would like to come back again.

Gayan and his Family are very nice and kind. they do huge amount of dinner for probably double the amount of guests. the food was also very tasty. Gayan also helped us to get to the bus and talked to the driver so he would take our big luggage into the bus. all in all it was a very nice experience and the family is awesome. I would recommend it and enjoy the nature. you can also see water buffalos from your terrace. Gayans brother also does the safari tours and he was also very kind and awesome. thank you very much Gayan if I’ll ever be back I’ll make sure to visit you and your family.

Featuring free WiFi, New Vilard Rest is set in Tissamaharama, 2 km from Tissa Wewa (Lake). Rooms are equipped with a private bathroom fitted with a bath. There is a 24-hour front desk at the property.... Very clean room and bathroom. Everything was very clean. The host was very welcoming and received us with wood apple juice. The room was exactly as described, with a good AC working perfectly and hot shower. The room was spacious, the breakfast was good and enough to start the day. For the day with the safari, the host provided breakfast when getting back, which was very nice. The homemade dinner was very tasty and abundant. Also the host helped us to take the bus nearby the accommodation. Highly recommended if you go to Tissa and want a peaceful place to stay. The only minus could be that WiFi works well outside, in the room the signal is weak.

Featuring garden views, V Cabanas features accommodation with terrace, around 2.6 km from Tissa Wewa. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. Everything was perfect. The location is just amazing, next to rice fields and impressive landscape. The family is super nice and welcoming, especially Adi treated us super well! His father is an artist that has decorated all the hotel and that also works the rice fields. They packed us the breakfast early in the morning when we had to leave for the safari, even if we have not arranged it with them. They gave us a delicious welcoming juice and a lot of fresh fruit during our stay. The room was very big, clean and comfortable. There was also place to park our tuktuk in the yard. We spend an extranight there because it was the best homestay we had been to in Sri Lanka! You can also take bikes for free to go and see the fruit bats at dawn. Dinners were delicious and non spicy!!! At last we found non spicy food in Sri Lanka! And everything for an unbeatable price.
