The most amazing stay ever with the nicest host! Th room was very spacious with a very nice balcony with sea view and calm fresh air. It’s a very quiet place. He gave us a very big breakfast for small price. He is helpful, loves a small talk and really wants the best for you. Would 10/10 recommend staying here!

Offering a private beach area, Amssler Beach Stay offers accommodation in Kalutara. The accommodation comes a private bathroom with shower while the kitchen has a microwave. The guest house is located a few minutes away from the train station of Kalutara South (take a Tuktuk for 250 Lkr) or even closer to the bus (10 min walking distance). The view on the ocean from the room is fantastic, the balcony is equipped with chair so you can enjoy the view. The room is wide and confortable with a double bed and 1 table, fridge, kettle. Shops are 10 min walk from the property. Wifi is working perfectly. And there is hot water for showers. The personnel is very friendly, welcoming and helpful and can answer all your questions. I stayed there for 2 nights and went to Bentota river boat trip of 2h using the bus (30 min trip with the bus)

Probably the most friendly and helpful staff on my entire trip to srilanka. If you are in the area this place is a must stay ! And in the morning an incredible breakfast with Dahl, string hoppers, crepes, fresh eggs , fresh fruit and really good coffee. Great place to stay 👌🏼 ❤️

Spent 10 days in total at this lovely, warm, welcoming villa. This place is really a treasure if you are looking for local experience. Victor and his family made my stay amazing and I felt like a part of the family. Rooms were clean, the food was yummy, location was good - close to the ocean and close to the shops. The swimming pool was clean every day and I also had a chance to use their yoga mats to do my daily yoga practice! :) It was truly an extraordinary experience to be here, thank you, Victor! I recommend, I also appreciate that the family is making a big step forward as they are being very eco-friendly, Thumbs up for that as in Sri Lanka is not that easy to do that.

The owner and staff were very helpful and they always made sure we had everything we needed. The location is amazing, right in front of the beach with amazing views. The room and the beach were very clean. Also the food was very tasty. We loved the fresh juices! I recommend this place! Thank you!
