Shops are 10 min walk from the property. Wifi is working perfectly. And there is hot water for showers. The personnel is very friendly, welcoming and helpful and can answer all your questions. I stayed there for 2 nights and went to Bentota river boat trip of 2h using the bus (30 min trip with the bus)

Probably the most friendly and helpful staff on my entire trip to srilanka. If you are in the area this place is a must stay ! And in the morning an incredible breakfast with Dahl, string hoppers, crepes, fresh eggs , fresh fruit and really good coffee. Great place to stay 👌🏼 ❤️

The room is spacious and cool - basically has everything you need - and if it doesn't, just ask Victor. Victor can help with any info you might need. He can solve almost any problem. And he's a great guy. As well, the young lady who looks after the kitchen is a marvel. Breakfast offers great variety. And be sure and try her dinners. You won't be disappointed. Finally the pool is refreshing on hot Sri Lankan days And lots of shady spots to relax.

Great for swimming a little bit down the beach there is a wave break. The owner literally did everything he could to make our stay comfortable, including sending out a staff member 20km to get my daughter some sweet potato (she's special needs)
