The host and staff will do anything to make your stay as wonderful as posible and are so very kind. The rooms are perfect with a lovely hot shower. The quality/ price relation is just perfect!! I will certainly go again when I will be back in Hikkaduwa!

The people working there were really nice and helpful. Many thanks to Gayana and her husband for everything! They are doing a great job of keeping the property nice and clean. Welcome drink was very good. Breakfast was amazing. Location was top and close to the bars, restaurants and the beach. Room was very authentic and cozy with very good AC.

A genuinely friendly guy named Guruge owns this homestay. The villa seems like it's in the jungle, but it's very close to the bus and train stations. I just spent a week relaxing at the nearby beach, biking around Hikkaduwa, and preparing simple meals in the villa's kitchen. The managers really make you feel welcomed. Waking up to the dawn chorus of exotic birds in the surrounding trees is one thing I'll remember, along with relaxing on the veranda with a good book (more often, with my phone). So glad I could take time off to get over busy days of traveling.

Mandara Rest ligger i Hikkaduwa, mindre end 1 km fra Hikkaduwa Strand og 2,2 km fra Narigama Strand. Der tilbydes indkvartering med have samt gratis privat parkering for gæster i bil. An amazing quiet place with lots of beautiful birds around. You can watch them taking their bath every afternoon. The owner was so kind and helpful. The beach was reachable by 10 -15 min walk. I would definitely come back again . You will enjoy this place a lot if you like the nature.

Alvas house har udsigt til haven og tilbyder indkvartering med have og balkon, ca. 100 m fra Narigama-stranden. Dette overnatningssted ved stranden har adgang til terrasse og gratis wi-fi. Susanna and Tusharo (please excuse me if I’m misspelling the names :) were wonderful hosts. Welcoming and informative. It really felt like our own house. Spotless clean, equipped with everything a traveler needs, beautiful nature around, a garden well kept. Another great thing is the hosts really care about animals and Tusharo shared fascinating information about the connection local people share with the sea turtles (we got lucky and swam with them). The beach has some great surf. Would love to come back and stay more.
