Very good location, everything is nearby: the historical city center, shops, cafes and the sea, The apartment is very clean, with a view of the sea and the historical center from the balcony. The room has a very comfortable bed and a large wardrobe, modern renovation. Vittorio is the best owner of the apartments, he picked us up in his car at the railway station, the breakfasts were very tasty (continental or sweet) and delicious orange juice. On the ground floor of the building there is a restaurant "Corsaro", where the food is delicious and the service is excellent. Scalea is a wonderful city, I really hope that we will return there.

Lovely room in an excellent location - Praia a Mare was a typical Italian beachside town. We enjoyed being on the main square close to cafes & restaurants. We had the top floor room which had a lovely balcony to enjoy mountain & town views.

I really liked everything, it was an outstanding stay though lasted just one night. However, I have always had a strong nostalgia towards Cosenza, and this accommodation is really close to the city centre, but silent, and the owners are really nice and helpful. There is a beautiful panorama from the terrace of the breakfast room.

A recently renovated property, Brettia Guest Rooms is situated in Cosenza near Cosenza Cathedral, Rendano Theatre and Church of Saint Francis of Assisi. This very well located property in Cosenza was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing! Also, the breakfast room had everything. The host was the best! He picked us up at the train station and was available for anything we needed.
