The room was exceptionally spacious and spotless. I needed to check in late and check out very early, which I communicated to Giulia beforehand. She graciously waited for us to arrive and checked us in herself. The following morning, Giulia rose early to prepare freshly baked, delicious croissants for us to enjoy on our journey. We were greeted with such warmth that it felt like home. I highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again.

We had a great time, in a beautiful location, surrounded by pure nature. Breakfast was excellent and we also added a horse ride with our little baby, who enjoyed every minute of it

All units in the guest house are fitted with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and with cable channels. I have been In Samnaun several times but first time in this "bed and breakfast". Excellent communication regarding the booking, how to get there, instructions for key in case no one was there etc. In short very helpful staff and modern room, very clean and nice view. Just behind the slightly busy "dorfstrasse". Nice restaurants on walking distance available. Great breakfast with a lot of variety. Reception was excellent, well prepared and very helpfull.

Cycling and hiking trails start at the doorstep. This is simply one of the nicest places we've ever stayed in. The host is lovely and it's such a beautiful building. Spotlessly clean. It's charming. Had a lovely meal at Ristorante Vecchia Birreria which is right beside.
