Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. We had a really unique room 🤩, the garden is allso very inviting and perfect place to chill out after every excursion to Vienna, there is a tram connection just a few minutes walk away that will take you all the way to the Stephans Cathedral and after touring the city it's nice get out of the mass tourist zones and to a quiet neighborhood.

Best location in the city, really close to a playground and the Haus des Meeres, good for traveling with a child. Easy to reach all the places of interest, either on foot or by public transportation. Some equipment could be fixed or improved, but only minor issues. Will stay again if any chance in Vienna.

Such a lovely apartment, the bathroom and whirlpool were definitely the highlights of the property. The location was so central and the host was very responsive which made our stay excellent.

The neighborhood is safe and friendly with many outdoor restaurants, young families and shopping. The room was large, comfortable and secure. Karl is a welcoming and helpful host. I can't recommend Rosa Linde enough. So happy I made this choice for Vienna.
