Abílio is really welcoming and so is the staff. His dog is so cute 🥹 We felt at home instantly! The private beach... Absolutely gorgeous and quiet... The bed is huge, the view from the balcony of the room is incredible 😍 and waking up to the birds singing is a delight. We are definitely coming back (still here right now and don't want to leave). Extremely friendly hosts, very cosy rooms and house with beautiful terrace. We arrived a little earlier but was not an issue, very warm welcome. The breakfast was great, we would very much recommend the stay. Very good price-value

The room was spacious with an additional single bed on the side. The staff were very friendly, starting with Fabio and Fernanda, the Brazilian cleaning lady. The presence of the Wifi and the climatisation was greatly appreciated in addition to the rooftop.

We found out this is an independant room and acually it was a good surprise, as we thought we would be sharing the flat with the host. Susana is a sweet person - we have well communicated before our arrival, during our stay and the day we left. She was available in case we needed someting. For instance, I asked for an iron, she was nice enough to buy a brand new one plus an ironboard, and to leave if in front of our door. I can tell, this has been highly appreciated. Alvor is a very charming village, we loved the different restaurants and boutiques nearby. It's 10-mn driving from Praia da Rocha, which was ideally located to attend the festival Afronation. About the room: it was perfectly clean, beds were comfy, we used both the fridge and the microwave, and also the cutleries/dishes. In the bathroom, several towels and shower gel are furnished. An hairdryer is also at your disposal. I have no hesitation in recommending that place.
