Wonderful room with a spectacular view, well decorated, clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast was very extensive and delicious. Staff was friendly. The weather wasn't so great, sadly, but i will definitely come back in summer!

Nilowin Glenanore Guesthouse is situated in a part of Glenanore tea estate close to Haputale. This family-run guesthouse offers a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi.

Most of all the family running the guesthouse. Everyone were so kind, and helpful in any way possible. We had such a great and fun stay. We did the cooking class, highly recommended, don’t miss out. We stayed 4 days and had all our meals there. They are doing really great cooking. After 8 weeks travelling in Sri Lanka the last year, we never had anything but good experiences, but this guesthouse is now our favourite, first of all because of the genuinely warmhearted family.

Everything was perfect. Best food, best view, clean room and very friendly family.Just 15 minutes walk to the city center and 2 km to Adisham Monastery. One of the best places we stayed in Sri lanka. Highly recommended.

Lovely place, run by a lovely family. They were there to help me with whatever I needed. Great view over the valley and mountains. They have good contacts for taxi to Horton Plains too. Thank you for everything.

Featuring a garden, shared lounge and views of mountain, White Monkey Dias Rest is situated in Haputale, 47 km from Gregory Lake.

We spent 10 wonderful days in Haputale. Thank you Dias family for your warmth, friendliness and help. Mother Farina is the best cook in Sri Lanka. Her cooking fantasy is fantastic. Viraj is very attentive and ready to resolve any issue. Shirodh is a wonderful guide. We showed us a beautiful Lipton Seat. There is also Frank. At his hut you can have a delicious roti and tea during the day. The hotel is in an amazingly beautiful location. You can see sunrise right at the door of the room. We walked every day through tea plantations and mountains. The shared dinners turned out to be a new but interesting experience for us. We met interesting people from many countries and had talked a lot. I hope we will come to White Monkey next year
