Beautiful and cosy room with comfortable bed and sofa for evening chill. Spacious, well equipped, with nice bathroom. The host willing to help in any need, explaining everything upon arrival even in late evening hours. The breakfast area is tiny, but enough for you meal. Tasty, both savory and sweet dishes.

This was our best accommodation in Italy. So the room is nice and looks new with spacious bathroom and balcony. From balcony you have view on the whole Salo and mountains around (as the house is located on the hill). Everything was very clean. You can also take water and juice from fridge when you like. Breakfast was perfect, you can choose between sweet or salty one (or both :)). The host Francesca was very generous, helped us with everything and provided us everything we needed, she is really excellent. Definitely recommend this for everybody’s stay in Salo.

Beautiful B+B in a restored monastery building, with loads of character, in a beautiful and very quiet and peaceful location. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Our room even had a little balcony which we didnt expect. Camillo the owner was so lovely and gave lots of tips and history about the local area, and was very kind to let us use the pool at the other property which was a very short walk away. He laid on a great breakfast including eggs from his own chickens. From the hotel you could walk down an offroad track to the nearest Pizzeria (10mins walk down, 15mins back uphill), which was a great bonus, as the property is in a small village on the hill outside the main town. The location was great as it was so quiet and peaceful, with beautiful scenery, but rightly Camillo warned us it was up a very steep hill which was difficult with suitcases (but not impossible) when arriving by public transport into Salò. We got a taxi from the bus station when we arrived for €10, but walked with our suitcases when we left which took about 30mins with heavy cases, 20 mins without cases. In Salò you can spend time by the lake and it has all the necessary amenities. I would recommend coming by car as the best way to enjoy the area as there are limited options for public transport but it all works well and is affordable. The listing massively undersells the property, so we were very happily surprised when we arrived. Would 100% recommend and have kept the details in case we visit the area again.
