This was an amazing property where you could enjoy nature and the surrounding beauty! The best shower and most comfortable bed in Italy! The host prepared a lovely breakfast with fresh fruits from the property each day. Great location for day trips! If you are ready to relax and enjoy a day or two if down time, thus is your place!

It's a spacious room in the old building and it's very clean. There is a small kitchen that you share with one more room. We had a great stay here.

I was positively surprised when I arrived at the property and got the tour of the place I would be staying. By chance, I was the only one staying there at the time, which meant that I had it all to myself. So, I had basically booked a whole house right inside Melfi's old town. The bedroom was huge with a big comfy bed. Plenty of space for a whole family. The bathroom was also clean and decent. There was a small balcony, a sitting area, a study and a vestibule area. I don't remember seeing an A/C but there was a fridge and a TV (which I couldn't get it to work). The location is just ideal, almost at the outskirts of the old town, so everything is within reach on foot, eg the old castle, the city park, the modern neighborhood, the municipal parking. The hostess was extremely helpful but she doesn't really speak English so my basic Italian definitely came in handy there.

This place has a treehouse!! The hostess was really kind and welcoming. She even prepared a lunch pack for me with leftovers from breakfast. Plus: treehouse! The surrounding is stunning. Did I mention there was a treehouse?
