Breakfast and cooking facilities were brilliant, a massive help to be able to cook dinner in the evening too. Despite a language barrier everything was explained fantastically and all questions answered promptly. The location was near to a fantastic beach and woodland, brilliant in the evenings and well worth the walk from the station compared to a property in town

Very nice and assistant staff, delicious breakfast and a great view. Location is easy to find and close to the sea. The room has an AC unit as well as retractable fly screens on all windows.

The rooms were very beautiful, and everything was clean! Carmen is a great host and she is very kind and fun to talk to 😊 The breakfast was really good, and she even has homemade marmelade!

LVResidence Roccellata is exactly as others have written: very simple, very clean and very affordable! We had a bit of trouble walking to dinner - most of the restaurants we were looking for were closed - until we figured out that there was a very festive pizza and seafood restaurant right on the beach, only a couple blocks from the hotel.

Had a great one night stay here as I was travelling inland the next day. Top quality accommodation. Many thanks for the lift from the train station. Also the recommendation for the best pizza in town and it was!

Along our route, small clean room, joined foyer for 4 hotel rooms w cookies and chips and microwave but no refrigerator

Angela, who met us at the property, was lovely! She was really friendly and helpful and even offered to take us to the station when we left. The room was very comfortable with a small terrace and a clothes drier. The bathroom was fab with a huge shower and 2 sinks! It was very near to the beach but a bit of a walk to the station!
