Basically everything was great. New cozy room, comfortable bed and pillows with an extra sofa which is always good, very friendly and helpful owners. Easy checkin-checkout, the breakfast was abundant, good the cappuccino. Parking place just in front of the house. Location just in the center of Franciacorta area and close to Lago d'Iseo.

Stefania, Enrico, and their family are absolutely amazing hosts. We had an INCREDIBLE experience here from our spotlessly cleaned room to the fantastic breakfast. The stay was so peaceful and full of little touches like turndown service, daily room cleaning, beautiful linens, and a top notch air conditioner. Breakfast each morning comes with cappuccino or coffee howcee you like it, AMAZING cakes with fresh fruit and homemade jam from the garden, eggs and bacon made fresh, and breads, yogurts, and pickled vegetables. Everything is made with care and love and the cake selection changes every day! Stefania takes the time each day to give you advice on your plans and help make dinner reservations at wonderful places. I am a big vacation planner myself but just tossed my plans out the window to listen to Stefanie because she never steered us wrong with an activity or restaurant. She really knows the area and made our trip so much better! We stayed three nights and I wish we had stayed longer. Walking distance to some fantastic restaurants but out in wine country to give you peace from the city center. Ebikes on site to rent directly from Stefania. To be totally honest, everything was perfect. We already want to come back to stay here!

We had a good time, Madame Giusy is so nice and prepared a breakfast with fresh coffee, self-made cakes and fresh coffee. Also she provided a special bed for our baby. The accommodation is good located, you have short ways to have good times in Sarnico, Iseo, Clusane or Sulzano (for visiting Monte Isola —> we recommend that, especially the hiking tour to the church on the top of the island). The bathroom is very good, absolutely clean.

Katerina was an excellent host, she was really kind and helpful, and even allowed us to stay beyond the check-out hours, which helped us a lot. Breakfast had a really good variety and had everything we could have probably wished for. The pool was stunning and we had a great time lying on the sunbeds in the afternoon sun, although the water was too cold to swim. We would definitely come back again and recommend it to all our friends visiting Lago D'Iseo.

Great property, ideal location to visit both Sarnico and Iseo. Amazing view, private parking and brand new property (although no elevator). Great breakfast by Ms Lisa in the breakfast room overlooking the lake: terrific view.

Loved the location and the fact that it was away from the town. The place is clean with basic amenities. In a place like that the amenities are enough. Violetta the lady in charge is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for people who like wilderness.

The old style of the house had a lot of characte and charm. The house was stocked with whatever you needed. We made breakfast for ourselves every morning. The location was excellent. Lake can be seen from several balconies. Theres a lovely mini market nearby and a Lidl if you prefer a full grocery store, both in walking distance. Alessandra was a wonderful host and provided so much information on the area. I really want to come back and stay here again!
