There was a warm welcome with wine & cheese. The owner is very helpful, the place is very clean, close to the town. The gardens are beautiful, breakfast is very good with a wonderful view. loved our stay! the staff were so friendly and helpful and basically told us where to go during the day. breakfast was delicious and plentiful, rooms were super clean and the location has a big parking lot and only a short walk to the centre of bellagio, without any major hills.

It's a very good place to stay, clean, beautiful, very spacious, on the 3rd floor with a good view and an elevator. There is a large balcony to sit and relax while sipping your morning coffee. It is next to a cafe and near many restaurants. There are all the amenities like at home. There is a private parking garage. I can cook because they really have all the equipment. There are lots of wine glasses. There are a lot of hangers in the closet. I really like it. The bedding is complete. The bathroom is fully equipped and includes a washing machine. Verana, the owner and her father are very sweet and kind. Verana responds quickly to messages. and explains everything in detail. I highly recommend it if looking for a nice place to stay in Bolzano.
