Quite possibly the best B&B we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in many. The location is ideal for both the seafront and the town, and the room we had was excellent. Spacious, airy, the room has everything you could possibly need - even a hot water bottle. The fridge was a bonus too on such a hot weekend. After a fabulous night's sleep we were presented with an excellent breakfast, which we only just managed to finish because we'd had so much of the fresh fruit on offer. If you are planning a visit to Exmouth, look no further for your accommodation as you won't find better elsewhere. Thank you Ian, for such a wonderful time

The location was ideal for our south west coast path walk. There was parking on site & our host very kindly allowed us to leave our car for additional days to help us out with our walk of the coast path.

I had an apartment. OK, the decor was a little tired but it was perfect for my needs. The pool was excellent as was the fitness centre (well, it looked excellent). The seaview was wonderful too as was the service.
