Sarah & Alex were wonderful hosts - very friendly & helpful. Bedroom & associated bathroom were of a high standard. Breakfast choice was extensive (cereals, fruit salad, yoghurt, different breads able to be toasted, cheeses, pastries, boiled egg). Lovely garden. Easy walk into High Street and the beach. Good location for long clifftop & other walks.

Quite possibly the best B&B we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in many. The location is ideal for both the seafront and the town, and the room we had was excellent. Spacious, airy, the room has everything you could possibly need - even a hot water bottle. The fridge was a bonus too on such a hot weekend. After a fabulous night's sleep we were presented with an excellent breakfast, which we only just managed to finish because we'd had so much of the fresh fruit on offer. If you are planning a visit to Exmouth, look no further for your accommodation as you won't find better elsewhere. Thank you Ian, for such a wonderful time
