Beautiful, large clean room with ocean view. Large, clean bathroom. The shared guest kitchen is fully equipped and supplies basic necessities (bread, milk, condiments, etc.), which was key because there were not many restaurants within walking distance. The facilities are beautiful: indoor pool, sauna and outdoor hot tub--very welcome after a long bike ride. Our host Paul was very nice, helpful, and laid back.

Friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. Breakfast was fantastic start to the day. Our rooms had stunning views of the Tweed and rail bridge arches and all the rooms and property was spotlessly clean and wonderfully decorated. This is THE place to stay when visiting Berwick! Than you.

Location was great, cab d4iver knew exactly where it was but it was easy walking distance from the train. Rooms were large for Europe and the host gave us an extra room to give kids/parents more space. Comfortable, clean and friendly
