We loved the tranquility of the location, so relaxing & peaceful. After spending a day sightseeing in Monaco and other towns it was lovely to go back to & relax. Odile was so kind and cooked us home made breakfasts, I am a vegan and she cooked some delicious vegan goodies for breakfast.

Nice cozy place. Stunning view. The host is really thoughtful. Upon arrival we found some food in the fridge: butter,milk,beer,juice,some cookies,bread and a wide range of jam. The nearest supermarket is rather far, so it was such a tremendous thing which we didn’t expect. You have to walk to the beach but we knew about it beforehand so it wasn’t a problem.

This property is situated in the most amazing location with the most beautiful view from the terrace. It also has a safe parking for motorbikes. The room was spacious with a massive and very comfortable bed. The bathroom was big, clean and had everything you would need. We loved everything and would happily come back here!

Everything was beyond amazing. I highly recommend this place for your vacation. The prices are reasonable, the hosts are friendly, and the room are uniquely, clean. The room was very impressive, cozy, and charming. The bathroom, bed, everything there had a unique, old-fashioned style that was truly impressive. The bathroom also had a spa for relaxing after a long day, and the surroundings were peaceful and filled with nature. I have never written such a long and detailed review for a hotel before, but the owners/ hosts here are wonderful. They welcomed us right from the time we were still at the airport, they contacted us and made sure we found their place easily. They were always available to help us and treated us like family members. As students attending the Monaco races, we weren't well-prepared for the trip, but the host went out of her way to assist us. She even did research on transportations and the city highlights to make sure we didn’t get lost or overwhelmed. She was very attentive, asking about our trip and health. For breakfast, she always asked what we wanted to eat and was flexible with the timing. She even offered more food if we weren’t full or simply liked something. The food was delicious and had a homemade touch. On our last day, she continued to help us without charging any extra fees. We felt so much warmth and care from her. We feel blessed to have found this place and these wonderful people. They truly made our trip memorable. We can't fully express how much they helped us or how much we appreciated them. We just know that this is a place we will never forget.

Outstanding place! Everything was VERY clean and new, really well equipped kitchen, bathroom and facilities! Owners Grace and her husband were SO kind and helpful. Definitely recommend this place 1000 times!

The view during breakfast was quite astonishing. It is also very calm and quiet. The rooms are nice and very clean. The pool was nice and clean. The family was very kind. I would certainly recommend this B&B for future visitors.
