Perfect Location! Right in the middle of sites as the beautiful old town, fancy L'Eixample for shopping and fine dining. laid back and artistic Rustafa and the City of arts and Sciences nearby. The Room is all we want, perfect bed and the best pillows ever (at least for us). The staff is very friendly and the owner even helped in how to source the pillows and we succeeded 🥰 Breakfast was very nice and the icing on the cake was freshly pressed Valencian oranges.

The owner was very kind and helpful, he gave me a map of all the main places to visit in Valencia and also offered a possibility to rent a bicycle a day. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a little bit small but it was enough for my stay there (2 nights).

The staff was very polite and welcoming all the time. They accommodated all our requests and helped us with a very early checkin. The location is great. Within 5-10 minutes, you are everywhere in the center, museums, cathedral, churches, bars and restaurants. It is very quiet. The street doesn't any have bars or restaurants and limited car access, so at night you couldn't hear anything All was spotless clean and well thought, and the beds were quite comfortable with a choice of different pillows. It's really great value for money (especially considerig the prices around)

We loved the setting with a pool and our own patio. It was lovely to be in such a peaceful environment. The communal outdoor kitchen was a winner and we loved making our own meals at the accomodation at night. We were in very close driving distances to towns, villages, and Valencia. We also ventured into the mountains one day. We enjoyed the mandarin orchard and the access to an honesty bar in case you need a drink or snack.
