New Tudor Cottage one block from Chico State and downtown with private garage is located in Chico and offers free bikes. I loved this location right next to campus and the convenience of parking my car in the garage so that I could easily travel on foot. The fact that everything had a code made it really easy to enter the garage, yard and apartment. The little kitchen was perfect - it had everything I needed. Really appreciate there was a stove top in addition to the microwave.

The room (actually it’s more than just a room) is cozy, warm and well decorated. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and even more. Imagine that you are cooking at home. The hosts respond quickly and give very detailed instructions. Location is amazingly convenient, 30 minutes to yosemite valley. We will definitely stay again.
