This hotel is fantastic! Its calm & very good for children. We felt a warm welcome when we arrived and all staff were very friendly. The pool at the hotel was good and never crowded, you could also eat by the pool. Included in the hotel visit was also sunchairs at a dedicated area at the beach, very close to the hotel, and at the times we were there we always got a seat. The hotel has its own restaurant and the food was just fantastic! This is a very cosy hotel, good service & things like AC & Wifi working well. The staff did everything to make our visit fantastic. A highly recommended hotel. We will be coming back! 😊

The apartment has a little terrace leading to the communal pool, which is really convenient for a swim or sunbathing.

Good location (10-15 mins to the beach), clean, spacious. everything is modern, quiet neighborhood (far from the very loud all inclusive hotels which are all long the beach), just as expected. Big pool, quite deep that you can use until midnight. There is also a small pool for children. The host is also nice and live in the same building if you need any assistance. 5 minutes or so to the grocery stores and restaurants. It's a good value if you don't mind walking from/to the beach. The beach itself is free, shallow and perfect for families/children and people who can't swim for any reason.

Ubytovanie Summer House by the Sea - 40 m to the beach sa nachádza v Side v blízkosti miesta Pláž Kumköy Plaji a 23 km od miesta Green Canyon. The owner was waiting for us when we arrived and then very kindly drove us to the supermarket to get some supplies, which due to the time of arrival was really appreciated. In fact the owner was extremely kind and helpful at all times. He was on hand (on WhatsApp) throughout our stay with suggestions, to answer any questions, or if there were to be any issues. The location was spot on, with the beach a few steps away and Side old town about a 15-20 minutes walk along the promenade. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. I especially liked the fridge full of bottles of water! We were there at the beginning of November and it was lovely and quiet, so I can't comment how quiet or noisy it would be at peak times. Overall the apartment provided a comfortable stay and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.
