There are many option to get an discount in cafes, just necessary to show the key of the apartment.

It was quiet, windows had great blinds, mosquito nets as well. Parking space was really free and hassle free (up until the last evening). Location was good. Air conditioning was great. Dining chairs and the table were excellent.
