Located in Ponta Delgada, the recently renovated Santa Clara 1828 provides accommodation 12 km from Pico do Carvao and 24 km from Sete Cidades Lagoon. All the other positive reviews are spot on. Had a fantastic stay. The 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious, well equipped, new, modern, and spotless. Close to all shops and restaurants and historic buildings. The bed is large, very comfortable, and has good linen. The hospitality is on another level - from the communication to the welcoming, personal touches, spoils, and personal care. You must experience this for yourself, so happy we stayed for 8 days. I wish the hosts well, you're doing a great job!

Vila Emigrante has sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Capelas, 6.9 km from Pico do Carvao. The air-conditioned accommodation is 15 km from Sete Cidades Lagoon. The attitude of the staff was exceptional, lots of towels, large refrigerator, wide parking place, quiet place, close to grocery shop and some good restaurants. Due to steep reljef it is better to use car to reach town centre.

We had an exceptional stay at Casa da Galeria. The staff were a real delight and very welcoming, the service of a palace, no less! We read that the breakfast was excellent and had high expectations that were not only met but exceded. Now let's talk about the architecture and the art, everything in every nook and corners were of such good taste, everything was pleasing to look at. If you hesitate, don't! Treat yourself and stay at Casa da Galeria, you won't be disappointed! Muito obrigado!

Located in São Roque, just 600 metres from São Roque Beach, Home at Azores - Oasis House provides beachfront accommodation with free WiFi. Gorgeous setting, all the sliding doors from the bedroom, sitting room and balcony open for beautiful views. Note the setting could be noisy with foot traffic - we didn’t mind, but people come to swim and fish outside your balcony.

Apartment Sweet Home is situated in Ponta Delgada, 700 metres from Milicias Beach, 1 km from São Roque Beach, as well as 1 km from Populo Beach. The property was very easy to access from the main road around the island. Parking was available. A car is necessary but, in my opinion, a car is necessary on the island. The property had everything we needed. We were very lucky to have use of a washing machine!

Views were beautiful, very clean and modern apartment. Hosts went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Hosts were easy to access.

Set 13 km from Pico do Carvao, INNature offers air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the apartment free of charge. The apartment has exceeded my expectations! It was very clean and the landlord was really open with any information. He was really friendly, we were able to contact him at all times and get help with everything - even on short notice. Also, the apartment is really close to the center - supermarket, shops and bus/taxi stations are in close walking distance.

We had an amazing view from the terrace and we enjoyed the sunset in our first night at the accommodation. This property has a small pool and fitness facilities. The breakfast was very good.
