The staff is super friendly. We arrived in colombo at 02h00 (night). The hotel manager came with his car to pick us and waited for us more than one hour thant we can get out from airport protocols(luggage, border police, visa....) The day after, he took us with his car to the nearest ATM to withdraw monney. And really help us to book un uber to sigiriya with the best price. For information, the ATM in the airport is charging fees, so better to withdraw monney from the bank with 0 fees. (There is an ATM near the hotel). The breakfast was also great and not expensive. The hotel was very clean + AC is working well. We felt really secure because of staff assistance (they answered to our booking message very fastely and organised the pick up and almost everyrhing that helped us to feel comfortable and secure).

Entertainment options were abundant, with cable TV and a selection of DVDs providing relaxation during our downtime. The spaciousness of the apartment allowed us to unwind without feeling confined, offering a sense of freedom and relaxation that is rare to find in a hotel room. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the rooftop infinity pool. Taking a dip while overlooking the panoramic views of the azure ocean was an experience beyond compare. It was the perfect way to unwind and soak in the beauty of our surroundings. In conclusion, our stay at the apartment exceeded all expectations. With its cleanliness, comfort, and abundance of amenities, it provided the perfect sanctuary for a memorable vacation. We left feeling rejuvenated, already planning our return to this oasis of tranquility.

Comfy bed, efficient AC and fan, all good and would return again. Tallest building in Negombo. Kind and prompt contact with owner before and throughout the stay via WhatsApp. The condo building has a 24x7 reception desk where the key was provided and also returned at departure. 2..3 Minutes to the Beach. Good selection of restaurants, shops within walking distance. Less than 30 minutes to CMB airport (Uber/PickMe). Bring your power adapters. All sockets are type G.

We stayed at the hotel with our two kids and everything was great : we had a beautiful apartment with A/C, nice view and quiet. The children enjoyed the swimming pool on the roof and we got a nice welcome cocktail. The staff were particularly kind, attentive and helpful. The kids could also use the pool after the check out. This was a great time in Negombo.
