Objekat THE URBANIST •inner city residences• je smešten u Janjini, na 12 min. My partner and I had a wonderful stay at THE URBANIST. On the day of arrival we even arrived 1.5 hours early, but because the room was already ready we were able to move in. Communication with Alex was perfect and the apartment is within walking distance of the center of Ioannina. We enjoyed it and we will definitely come back!

Its realy comfortable apartment, they pu everything what you need exactly. It has airconditioner living ropm and bedroom. It has all kitchen equipment, for example coffee machine, oven, greek coffee pot, some seasons and oil etc.. Also in the bathroom, there is a washing machine, iron.. there is also two television. It has a big balcony.. ıts the cleanist apertment, ı have ever stayed. Everyday they clean carefuly, even they put ıce in freezer every day. Also the apt has parking area, ıts very close the center , 10 minutes by walk. They made a suprise us for our anniversery:) Owner is verry and lovely all the time. If ı visit this area again, ı will make a reservation definetly same place.

The location of the accommodation was good with a nice view towards the city. The secured private parking was convenient. The host were very friendly and helpful. We arrived very late at night and they waited and gave us a very warm welcome. Our room was of excellent size, clean, tidy, modern, quiet and well-facilitated. The bed was very comfortable. On check out, they provided us with comprehensive and useful information on attractions in the city. We are very satisfied with this accommodation.
