Breakfast was not included in the room, but the host bought us croissants, yogurt, biscuits, juice, cakes, and et cetera. We have felt like at home! Once again we would like to say the biggest thanks for our wonderful stay!

When we walked in we thought it was the reception to the building (as it's on the ground floor and has something of a feeling of a shop with the floor to ceiling windows etc), however very quickly realised it was indeed the actual apartment. Spotlessly clean, and felt luxurious to only have 2 of us staying when the apartment could quite comfortably sleep 6. Entry was very easy with the code provided, and parking is available just over the road in the small car park behind the K-Market. Would highly recommend for a trip to Savonlinna as it's in an incredible location just 5 minutes walk from Olavinlinna and the lakeside, but also easily accessible from the road.

The accommodation comes with a... We used this accommodation as our home base for several day tours in the Finnish lake region, and we do not regret it for a small moment. A nice small guesthouse with a private sauna, just a short walk away from the harbour, offers anything you need as a tourist. Granted, the room may not have the most modern look, but we were happy nonetheless: the room was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen has many utensils. The biggest asset of this guesthouse? The host: a very kind and welcoming lady who helped us on our way multiple times. This hospitality was also reflected in all common areas, which were breathing a cozy 'welcome home'-atmosphere. I would most definitely book here again.

Salpalinjan Hovi is set in a charming, renovated school building, 10 minutes’ drive from Lappeenranta city centre. The flats are designed very tastefully, with an artist touch. This makes the stay very enjoyable. The house is has historic value (a previous school) and is located on the defense line (during II Word War) against Soviet Union. Thus there is historic spots to see.

Situated next to Lake Pyhäselkä in North Karelia, Holiday Linnunlahti offer self-catering apartments with a private terrace, sauna and loft. Joensuu city centre is 1 km away. Breakfast was very generous, and the place was very well equipped! It was very quiet and pleasant. Nice sauna!
