The place is 8 minutes walk from the main plaza and it is surrounded by a beautiful garden on top of a hill. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, a nice rain shower delivered good hot water. A floor to ceiling glass wall allowed for a beautiful view of the garden (we were on the ground floor).

I was able to stay with my 2 big dogs(Gran Dane and labrador) without extra charge and no issues at all, the apartment has hot water, well located, good furniture and free parking. Over all was pretty awesome!

Great communication, a very nice apartment near some good restaurants and market. Easy base to explore Armenia and its surroundings. The view from the huge living room window is incredible.
