The rooms are spacious, everything is new, clean and well maintained, you have all you need. The owners and staff are very helpful and great in dealing with customers. They welcomed us with free coffees and a great bottle of wine. The hotel is very close to the beach (best beach in/close to Sozopol), has a nice clean pool and a small bar. A great supermarket is about 5 minutes walk away. All in all, it was a great experience and we're looking forward to staying next year here as well.

The air-conditioned apartment is composed of 1 separate bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, and 1 bathroom. Location of the property was excellent, across the street from the beach. Balcony on the ground floor had view of the see. Pool was great. Every apartment has a separate wi-fi router, which I had never seen. Internet quality was excellent, and I head no trouble working from there, zoom call and all. Parking is also great - everyone gets assigned a parking space at the beginning and you can come and go without worrying that you wouldn't be able to find a spot. Outside gym was also a great bonus. From security standpoint also great: gate is locked and opened with a chip, camera surveillance and a live guard at night.

A little outside of Sozopol center so a bit more calm. Staff was very helpful and kind enough to drive us to the apartment with all our luggage. Can recommend!
