We stayed on the 5th floor 5/2 apartment. Fabulous and unobstructed views of the lake from our TWIN balconies. Apartment was neat and clean and GOR (the receptionist) was always ready to cure any niggles that would crop up (like adjusting the geyser temperature) We were skeptical of the compound restaurant but the place was extremely cosy with a live bonfire INSIDE.....food was reasonable (better restaurants like Bohem Tea house in Sevan city center) All in all - ticked all the boxes and made our stay memorable

The nearest airport is Zvartnots International Airport, 72 km from the apartment. Aram is an excellent host, he carried us to the appartement from the airport even though we arrived at 3AM. The appartement itself is clean, well situated near the lake Sevan, everything was working properly and was comfortable. We enjoyed our trip to Sevan
