Special mention to Umesh, Bawan and Fayaz from house keeping who worked with my schedule to keep the room tidy. But overall, everyone of the staff was great. This in stark contrast to the awful experience I had at my first hotel in Al Barsha. Even before I checked in, I had a positive impression of the hotel when they promptly arranged for early check-in on my request. I had earlier planned to stay my last week in Dubai at a different location, but being impressed with RR, I extended my stay after consulting Aziz at the front desk who diligently advised me on the options and made sure that extending was far better option than to move to the next location:) Whenever I'm going to return to Dubai, RR will have my booking.

The accommodation is non-smoking. One of the best trips I've ever had! The flat, situated on the 35th floor, offers breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa and downtown area. It's impeccably clean, and the pools and spa facilities are fantastic. The property manager is incredibly kind and helpful, and the hotel staff are delightful. With three restaurants on-site and a private kitchen in the flat, it's a perfect blend of convenience and luxury. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
