We really felt like we were at home, which is pretty extra-ordinary in comparison with other stays. - Andreas was a splendid host. He helped us out wherever he could, offered free fruits for our toddler when we had a long drive ahead … We had nice and fun conversations. And had to promise to come back if we would have twins, haha. - Ernest is their cook and we really loved him. He showed me how to carry multiple plates and was always in for a nice (morning) talk. - And Max is their cute (and child-friendly!) dog. We miss him.

From the small chocolate next to our beds to the amazing muffins; yogurt and jam left for us on arrival as a pleasant surprise from the owner. We enjoyed every second. Plenty to do in the area.. must see is the "look out"restaurant on the beach and Beacon Island Hotel.
