Everything! The staff are outstanding friendly genuine . Super clean and all furnishings tidy and rooms very fresh and not rundown but top quality. The breakfasts were a good start to our day. Perfect location, so close to everything. Laundry service was a bonus - yay clean clothes lovely folded for after a long day exploring . We've come to realise not all photos paint a true picture of the quality but these were accurate and in fact the place was much better than just the photos .

The owner and her son were lovely, she sorted out our laundry and even lent us bicycles to get around. On our last night she cook us dinner and bought us beer!! Would definitely stay again.

We got the penthouse suite, with it's balconies on both sides, outdoor tub, and great views. The shower was also great, and the room had a large bed and room with a kitchen. The value was extraordinary for someone from the US (less than 10% of the US cost).

Stay was excellent. The house is much bigger than the pictures show. Massive outside space half undercover and half not. Also great big kitchen with good equipment. Staff are super lovely and very helpful with anything you need. Extended our stay by 4 nights because it was so nice. Location is great. 7min drive into town

La piscina és fantàstica amb un horari molt extens, de 7 am a 10 PM. És molt net, el llit és confortable. No hi ha ascensor. El personal de recepció és molt atent i estan sempre disposats a donar indicacions per visitar llocs, recomanar restaurants I reservar transport per anar a l'aeroport. L'esmorzar està molt bé. Hi ha sempre aigua, cafè i tè a disposició dels clients. Recomano aquest hotel i si torno a Hoi An hi tornaria.
