Location, cleanliness, overall facilities, little implements and considerations that make a stay comfortable. Dominic received us at the house himself and was very engaging in his briefing and very detailed in making us understand various facets and facilities of the house. The house is beautifully designed and strategically located with a beach just down the road, a supermarket next door and the rest of the best of Colombo at a stone's throw. Very clean and absolutely well-kept linen and upholstery. Very well-appointed rooms and welcoming in nature.

The place is very accessible to everything-Grocery, coffee shops, restaurants and even the Beach which we really like, is just steps away. The Apartment Amenities like 🏊♀️ pool is very breath-taking with the Beach ⛱️ view. Considering the humid weather here in SriLanka, the apartment, no need to use the AC the whole day as the temperature is very relaxing. Very recommendable and will definitely go back here on our next visit 🛬
