Do not get disappointed by the outside look of the hotel. The appartments are great, very modern and nicely furnished. The view is marvelous. You’ll see the sea, parts of the town and when the sky is clear even vulcano Etna. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed is very comfortable. Nice bathroom with shower. There is a washing machine and a dryer that you can use. Marcello is a very friendly host, extremely helpful with any requests and speaks very good English. There is a nice market right at the hotel almost every day. Yes, the club opposite to the house plays music in the evenings but as the windows are soundproof this is not much of an issue. Airconditioning is available. Great hotel to stay alone. You will not feel lonely. The location is right on the island of Ortigia and you can reach all sights in walking distance. A lot of restaurants and cafes nearby.

The accommodation was great, well located, spacious, clean. The host was really nice, she came to gave us the keys personally and was very friendly and polite, went above and beyond to make sure we don't need anything. She also met us to take the keys at the end of our stay (even though she didn't have to) and asked about our experience. It was also great to have a small table at the terrace in front of the rooms. Even though it's right next to the street, the fence with greenery creates a nice atmosphere. There was equipment for a coffee which was a big plus. Overall, the value for money was really good and we will definitely come back here next time we're in Siracusa!

The side view is very nice. Its an excellent place for two people for short stays. It has pleanty of antural light, three balconies, A/C, kitchecn stocked with utensils, plates, tea, milk and coffee pods available and also crackers, butter, jam and chocolate spread, just enough to have something before heading out to get some amazing sweet/savoury items for breakfast from the many bars available near by.marchitaSolo traveler
