The apartment has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, two small TVs, towels were also available. A private garden with a sitting area, additionally a gazebo with sun loungers. There is also a fantastic swimming pool with a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. You can rest from the sun in the shade of a large palm tree, there is also a professional barbecue area available. The villa is located in a quiet and peaceful area, an ideal place to rest and relax. Public parking is right in front of the villa. To the center of San Vincenzo (down) about 10 minutes walk, back a little longer because it is uphill - a good option to burn calories after a meal 😊 Very nice and helpful owners, good contact via SMS and WhatsApp, as well as personal despite language differences 😊

For dog owners (which we aren't) it's even better, as there is a big garden where dogs can run free. The surroundings are beautiful and within a few minutes by car you are down in San Vincenzo and withing about half an hour you can reach the more secluded coves and beaches around Piombino.

Restaurant right there by entering the beach, nice, not noisy. The apartments are nice, comfortable with good AC and well equiped kitchen, spacious balcony in a quiet place (but the train:-)) hidden aside from main street. Very kind and friendly owners who can recommend you plenty of places for visit in case you need.
